The Public Prosecutors Commission on Wednesday unanimously voted to indict a former deputy attorney-general of being careless in making the decision to drop the criminal hit-and-run charge against Red Bull scion Vorayuth “Boss” Yoovidhaya.

A man, 72, was killed in a hit-and-run case in Loei province after, police believe, his car fell by the roadside and he came out to ask for help on Wednesday’s night.
